Supported by Enterprise Ireland, the framework for our platform is developed in collaboration with Learnovate of Trinity College Dublin and created by a team of educators, subject knowledge experts, and academic leaders.

Competency-Based Learning Programme

The Spotlight Programme provides schools with an innovative competency-based learning programme.


Designed primarily for TY & Senior Cycle students undertaking Work Experience, the structured modules focus on the identification, development and demonstration of transversal skills such as interpersonal communication, decision-making and time management. The application of these skills is further supported through our video-based Work Experience modules.
